No siempre está motivado; a veces, es un esfuerzo, y tiene que sacar esa energía oculta que le baila en su interior para ponerse en marcha. Le brillan los ojos. Le gusta hacer de su rutina algo perfecto y esa perfección es su mayor recompensa. Es un hombre feliz. No necesita nada más.
